Physics is FUN

Send to friendSend to friend

Physics is considered a difficult subject by many students (as well as parents and teachers). Yet we are dependent on and use many applications of Physics in our daily life. When we look at our image in a mirror, when we wear specs, when we set our alarm clock to wake up in the morning, when we use mobile phone, when we watch our favorite programme on TV (…. and the list goes on ) – We are using one or the other Principle of Physics. (Thank Physics) Even the blood flowing through our veins and arteries follow the Principles of Physics.

My son once asked me (after watching the animation movie “The Lion King”) “Pappa, Does a Lion really exist?”

He found the Lion a mighty Creature and just wondered whether it really exist. I took him to the zoo the next weekend and he was really thrilled to see face to face the mighty King of the jungle.

Many ideas of Physics also make us think whether they are real (Just take the example of the theory of relativity).

Physics is not just a collection of imaginary ideas; it is rooted on facts and experiments. The ideas, laws and principles are modified and reformulated whenever necessary and constantly tested for it accuracy and validity.

I want to conclude by saying that “Even those who say that Physics is a difficult subject will certainly agree that it is interesting (and exciting) as well.”

Because Physics is not just fundamental; It is real FUN.
