Here are some suggestions which anyone can follow.
Regularity in following these suggestions are more important.
- Increase intake of water and reduce food (especially fried items and junk foods)
- Increase food with lot of fiber content.
- Sleep early and rise up early in the morning.
- Do some simple breathing exercises after toilet. Then go on to some simple exercises (see video below) for the abs.
- When you feel hungry, don’t take food, but have plenty of water.
- When you take food, take small amount and eat slowly and chewing well and mixing well with saliva. Enjoy eating for proper digestion.
- Avoid alcohol.
