KVPY stands for “Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana”. It’s a programme to promote research career in the fields of Basic Sciences, Engineering and Medicine. It aims at identifying the talented students with research aptitude and encourage them to take up research as a career.
Students of Class XI, XII, I year BSC, II Year BSc, Integrated MSc I or II year, BE, BTech I or II year, MBBS, BVSc, BDS, BPharm I or II year can apply.

MIT Researchers have developed a new solar thermal fuel that could store up to 10,000 times more energy than previous systems. The fuel consits os CNT modified with azobenzene. The finding is still in development stage.
